Fee

The fee for the two day event is USD 2199. Price includes lunch,refreshments and conference documentation.

Cancellations & Refunds

 

 Cancellations received in writing before8th November 2009 will be subject to a service charge of EUR199. The full conference fees remain payable on and after9th November 2009. Substitutions are welcome at any time. It may be necessary forreasons beyond the control of the organiser to alter the content andtiming of the programme or the identity of the speakers. This contractis subject to English Law.
